Friday Night Live – 2009 Harmony Sweeps Finals

The 25th anniversary of Harmony Sweepstakes A Cappella Festival took place in 2009 alongside the Miracle on the Hudson, Barack Obama’s inauguration, and, familiarly enough, the swine flu pandemic.

But it was a night of great music, especially barbershop, in San Rafael. MAXX Factor took home top honors, with LoveNotes Quartet taking 2nd place and audience favorite. The audience was also treated to Cartoon Johnny, 3 Men & A Melody, Evolution, MouthBeats, Our Town, and 3rd Place finisher, Rezonate.

Hear it tonight on Friday Night Live at 6 pm Pacific, or Sunday at 8 am & pm Pacific – only on Acaville!
