From Pitch Slapped to The House Jacks to Pentatonix, Matt Sallee has established himself as one of the best basses in a cappella. He also may have one of the best laughs! We caught up with him about his collegiate experience, living his dream, and his advice for young artists looking to follow in his footsteps.

The first group formed out of the June Foundation, Nomadic is on a new kind of journey in a cappella. Exhibiting loads of personality and being a prime example of the diversity that we should see on stage, they’ll be performing tonight at the National A Cappella Convention in Memphis. This group got their big break when their video went viral a few years back. Their talent was featured on national news and their rise began. Now, RESOUND made the jump to full time and they talked to us about how they prepared and what the experience is like.

It takes a big personality and a big voice to step in a conquer Deke Sharon re-imagined bass lines of the Disney catalog. Veteran opera singer Joe Santoni ended up being just right for the role. Stepping up from other vocal projects in LA, Joe took his super vibrant low range on the road for DCappella‘s first North American tour.
