Known for producing the a cappella competitions that inspired the hit film Pitch Perfect, Varsity Vocals invites qualifying collegiate and high school groups from North America and the United Kingdom to submit applications and audition materials for the upcoming season. For the 2027 competition season, applications from groups in North America are due October 1, while groups in the United Kingdom must submit their applications by November 1. Tickets for the 2027 competition events will go on sale December 1.
The upcoming seasons marks the 31st year of the ICCA and the 22nd year of the ICHSA, highlighting more than three decades of competitive collegiate a cappella and two decades of high school competition.
